Hey, everyone.

My name is Kathryn, and I'm bringing a girl named Daphne Chase to this shindig. She's a werefox, a corsac fox to be exact, and she's only been that way for about five years. Before that, she was just your average, mostly uneducated girl because she was only five when the meteors struck.

I actually had her during the initial IJ run, but because she didn't get much use, I'm starting over with her from her first entering the city.

A little about her... She's sort of a musician. She had perfect pitch and she can play the guitar and piano. She's also really good at detecting lies as well as lying convincingly. I want he to become a member of the L.D.F. like she would have been before. I just didn't get her that far the first time.

Anyway, I should probably say a little about myself. I'm twenty-one, and I work full time at RadioShack. I live with my boyfriend, and we just celebrated our third anniversary on the twenty-sixth. I live in mountain standard time like our lovely female moderator. I'm really looking forward to playing with you guys. I'll be posting soon in the plot community to get some lines and such.

Erin, that is. I'm slowly recovering and wanted to make a quick intro to my new character, Nova. Nova's a slave woman recently purchased by the ever-entertaining Harvey. She's rough around the edges, a little wild, but pretty used to her position in servitude.

I am gonna try to get back into the swing of things by slowly tagging back to those I owe. Forgive me if I'm a bit sluggish still, but I'm working through it.

Hey everyone,

I'm sure this isn't a shock, but I'm headed out, too. I think I was part of a small minority that actually liked rules, increased activity, and careful quality selection, but I realize to a lot of people, that's too much responsibility to have. I think it generally makes things run more smoothly and more enjoyable, but this way, I guess people will just play their characters exactly how much they want, and if that's not at all...oh well.

Unfortunately, though, that sort of inactivity would drive me insane, and as much as I love quite a few of you, and I was enjoying our scenes, it's time for me to go. If anyone wants to IM me or email me they're welcome to, because y'all are awesome!

Things have changed too much here, and I've come to the conclusion that this isn't the game for me. I wish each and every one of you the best, but it is time for me to leave so you can all go back to having the game you want to have.

Hey guys! Just a quick heads-up - I'm sure you've noticed I've been a bit busy lately (with time enough for a party and a hangover recovery day, haha!), and that's because Mr. Grue's daughter is coming to stay with us from this weekend, the 17th, to the 29th of this month. I should still be around, but unfortunately you have to do things like 'pay attention' and 'be nice' to children, so I may be very slow to respond to threads and to AIM. Rest assured, I will be back to my spammy glory once I am once again kid free!

Just a little OOC note: sorry I've been a ghost lately. My health issues aren't getting better as fast as I had hoped, and I've basically been in constant pain, which has been sucking all energy and cognitive ability out of my brain. Will keep you all posted.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Sam's PB has been changed. I originally wanted him as the PB, but he was on hold at the time. As that is no longer the case, I made the change. Thanks!!

My divorce just took a nasty turn. So I need a a hiatus. One week, maybe two. I'll try to reply to the threads I'm in but... I make no promises I'll be able to get into the rping headspace atm.

GRUE AGAIN! No, come back! It's different this time I swear! This time I've brought in a bit of an antagonist, so instead of looking for 'hey what's up!' friendly type lines, Cheyenne Lee here is looking to mix things up in Vegas. She's from the now-defunct Ryder pack with her own plans and ideas for how lycans ought to do things, and she's keen to destabilize things. Have a look at her bio (if the wall of text doesn't kill you, congratulations!) and let's come up with some fun ways for Cheyenne to tease, intimidate, seduce or otherwise cause trouble with your characters and with Vegas as a whole! She isn't a picky thing by any means.

Even though Cheyenne is meant to be a minor antagonist, she isn't a cartoon (contrary to her rather graphic backstory!) and I welcome wandering into darker territory. Maybe some alliances are in order? Some immediate rivalries? Temporary friendships that turn to betrayal? Let's have some fun!

I'm pretty sure I'm posting this at Oh Hell No o'Clock in the states, so let some ideas percolate overnight and we'll revisit the whole mess subsequently.

Sometimes we need to try something out before we know if it works or not. The way we decided to do the activity check didn't exactly work. We have decided to go back to the old way of checking activity. As a player, you will still be responsible for playing all of your characters, you just won't have to report it. However, the time span will be a bit different:

If you have three characters or less, you will be expected to play them all twice a month.

If you have four or more characters, you will be expected to play them all once a month.

At the end of the month, the mods will get together and go over who is and is not active. Any character who is not active will be dropped from the game.

As before, anyone who wants to apply with another character must be active with all their current characters. If you are on hiatus, your activity check will be taken into consideration and waived or modified depending on the length of time you are gone.

We are honestly not trying to punish you guys and we hope you don't see it that way. We really just want to keep the game moving. Activity is one of the keys to a successful game. We love you all. If you have comments or concerns, please let us know. Hopefully this change will take some of the pressure off.
